Here are answers to the questions we hear most often. If you don't see yours, just reach out—we're always happy to help.

  • Our standard rental includes up to two weeks, giving most customers plenty of time to pack, move, and unpack. Need more time? No problem - extensions are available based on inventory and can be easily requested.

  • Each Move Kit includes durable reusable moving totes and a dolly to make moving easier. You can also request extra totes and select supplies.

  • No problem! Extra totes can be added in sets of five, subject to availability. If you discover you need more during your rental, just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

  • We proudly serve all of Centre County with standard delivery and pickup. We also offer delivery to surrounding areas for an additional fee. If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service area, contact us and we’ll be happy to check.

  • Extensions are easy! Contact us before your scheduled pickup date. If inventory allows, we’ll extend your rental so you can unpack at your own pace.

  • Normal wear and tear is expected. If a tote is accidentally damaged, just let us know. We’ll work with you to resolve the situation fairly. Lost or severely damaged totes may be subject to replacement charges.

  • We think so! They’re sturdier, stack more securely, don’t require tape, stay dry in light rain, and are reused again and again - making moving easier while redusing waste.

  • Simply click Check Availability, choose the Move Kit that fits your move, and tell us some of your move details. We’ll confirm availability and take care of the rest.
