Sometimes unpacking takes longer than expected. When availability allows, extend your entire Move Kit in one-week increments instead of rushing to empty everything before pickup.

How extensions work:
Request your extension before your scheduled pickup date. Extensions are subject to availability because your totes may already be reserved for another customer.

  • Start with the size of your home, but also consider how much storage and how many belongings you have. The Mini Kit works well for smaller or partial moves, Standard is a great starting point for many local moves, and Large gives fuller households more room to pack.

  • Yes. Add five additional totes to any Move Kit for $25 during your standard two-week rental, subject to availability.

  • Weekly extensions are available when inventory allows. Contact us before your scheduled pickup so we can confirm availability and your extension rate.

  • Yes, delivery and pickup are included within our standard service area. Additional charges may apply outside that area.

  • Your Move Kit price reserves the full kit for your rental period, so the price stays the same even if you don't use every tote.

  • Start by checking availability for your dates. Once we confirm your kit, dates, and service area, we'll send the information needed to finalize your reservation.

  • First, we’ll confirm that your Move Kit is available for your dates. We’ll then send you a virtual rental agreement for signature, followed by your rental invoice. Your rental is confirmed once we receive your signed agreement, and payment must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellation fees may apply.
